Kathy Hill - Founder

Kathy completed her Bachelor of Science degree in 2014 with an emphasis in Communications, Public Relations, and Organizational Management and Development. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and spoke at commencement. Kathy pursues organization and resource management through community college courses, workshops, webinars, on-the-job experiences, moving a military family, organization leadership training, and as a chair for leader training development. She gives much time to others, sharing her knowledge and expertise in both personal and professional settings. She is also a certified life and health coach. Kathy was recently complimented in a business meeting with the statement, “Kathy is the most organized person I have ever met. She never enters a situation unprepared and works tirelessly to find solutions that actually work." Kathy is committed to helping her clients find the solutions that work for them and create control in commotion.

Shannon Binkley

Shannon Binkley is a Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, “Auntie” and Friend... Teacher is part of all of that. “I love my life, love what I do, and love those with whom I share all these things. My goal is to put myself out of a job - to help others develop patterns of life-long learning, growth and relationships.”

Shannon received her Bachelors of Science degree in Elementary Education from Brigham Young University, and a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University. She is currently a Ed.D candidate at UN-L.

Shannon teaches 6th grade science and 8th grade journalism and publications, with a focus on yearbooks. She also provides private academic and music instruction. She excels at looking for the individual strengths of each person, and then developing those strengths to build the best outcomes possible. As a lifelong learner, she looks for ways to continue education.

Shannon’s work with In Good Order, LLC utilizes her extensive training and experience in education, paperwork organization, and document archival processes. As a former scrapbook “cropper,” she sees the value in preserving and sharing pictures and life stories: tangibly and digitally. She also develops programs of instruction, training and motivation for clients. Shannon can also offer guidance to teachers and trainers organizing class and training rooms, constructing learning environments, and curriculum development.

Whitney Hill

Whitney Hill is a wife, mother to four children, and lover of cat Milo and dog Phoebe. While being a homemaker, she has spent many years working in childcare and providing social services for non-profit organizations. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations and an Associate’s Degree in Human Services. 

Whitney loves creating clutter-free spaces and feels homes are more peaceful when they are organized and tidy. She is a bargain hunter who loves to renew, revitalize, and repurpose well-used items. Her experience moving across the country on multiple occasions has taught her the value of effective packing and freeing herself of unnecessary belongings. 

In her spare time, she loves hosting family gatherings, playing sports with her kids, learning new skills, and camping with her friends and family.
