How do I get started?

Should I clean up before you come?
It will be important in our initial consultation for us to see the area of opportunity. Trash and items that belong elsewhere will make our assessment more time consuming. So, yes, some basic cleaning and sorting will be helpful.
What does an Organizing Session look like?
Virtual session – You will be in your space connected to our consultant digitally via a conferencing system. The consultant will be working from pictures provided in advance, or actual video footage of the space while you are on the conference.
In-person session – We will be working together at your location on the plan determined after the initial consultation.
Do I have to throw my things away?
Maybe. That is your decision. What are you wanting to do with your things?
Do I need to be present during the sessions?
This truly depends on the job, and will be determined after the initial consultation when a plan is established.
Can my kids be home while I organize?
Yes, we accept owner investment in the project, but cannot be responsible for “extra helpers”. Our experience indicates that family buy-in promotes success. However, if it becomes a distraction for family members to be present, then we reserve the right to request that they not be at the sessions.
Is our work confidential?
Yes. Your home is your business, and we do not share personal information. We do ask that if you love our service, please submit a testimonial for future clients, and refer others to us!
Are you insured?
Yes, we are covered with business insurance.
Is there a travel fee?
The first 25 miles of travel are included as part of our base fee. Any mileage incurred thereafter is subject to the IRS mileage compensation rates. These will be included in the estimate provided after the initial consultation.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. You have the right to cancel at any time. We do expect to be paid for any time and work product supplied.
How do I pay for your services?
Cash, Check, or PayPal are accepted.

We do more than just organize your space. We find working solutions for you, and those with whom you share space. We want you to see success moving forward, in your ability to maintain and utilize your space.

The consultants have over 75 years of cumulative personal, business, and life experience setting up workspaces for homes and small businesses all over the United States and in Europe. Our consultants work collaboratively on projects, though consultants also have personal specialties. Please review the biography page to learn more about our team.
